These Are the Steps We’ll Take Together To Create Your Franchise System

We will walk you through all eight steps of your development plan delivering ten to twenty pages per week for your review and approval. After about 8 weeks you’ll be able to meet (or Zoom) with interested prospective franchisees. By the 12th week you will have training manuals to begin introducing a new member to your franchise system.

A Feasibility Study
and Strategic Plan

Our initial step is to evaluate your business model to evaluate how your Franchise offering will be accepted in the marketplace. We’ll evaluate profitability, flexibility and evaluate competitive offerings. Then we’ll create a Strategic Plan to guide our development of your customized program. Only on your acceptance of our research and suggestions do we move to the next steps.

The Legal Documents

We’ll work with you and our law firm to develop the necessary documents (a Franchise Disclosure Document and a binding Franchise Agreement). You and The Franchise Doctor will develop the Initial Franchise Fees and Royalty structure that will produce the majority of your system’s income stream for years to come. These documents are required under federal law to ensure that your franchisees understand the requirements of your system before they invest. Franchisees are usually bound to their Franchisor for 10 years so it’s critical that we spend time assessing the hundreds of ways the relationship can be created to provide outstanding results for both parties.

Operations Manuals

You, your staff and The Franchise Doctor will develop comprehensive Operations Manuals that will be the basis of each Franchisee’s initial training in your system. These include details of site selection, facilities, equipment, inventory, staffing, marketing for customers, delivery of products and services. In essence everything a new owner needs to open and succeed as a Franchisee.

Sales & Marketing Plan

We will create a Sales & Marketing Program covering the best methods for finding and signing up the best owners to ensure the growth of your system. We’ll visit your site to teach the intricacies of this program or deliver the contents by Zoom at your request.

FranchiseFit
Entrepreneurial Reports

Because you want to recruit the best quality franchisees, we provide you with FranchiseFit Entrepreneurial Reports assessing the skill set of each applicant. This proprietary tool permits prospects to verify their personality traits and matches them with the functions needed to manage a successful business. You will then be able to coach each franchisee to reach their full potential in your system.

Key Performance Ratios

We will teach you how to collect Key Performance Ratios that will help each franchisee evaluate their monthly progress toward their goals. This data provides you with the information you’ll use when coaching franchisees to make minor course corrections in growing their franchise unit.
